1、 Work progress

2、 Main problems

(1) The importance of the "four major" actions has been weakened. Some local governments and departments have paid less attention to the "four major" actions compared with last year. Some departments copy the work plan, unable to grasp the key issues, can not take effective prevention and control measures. In some departments, the content of work plan is inconsistent with local reality and lacks specific tasks and work requirements. In order to reduce the losses, some enterprises have the mentality of rushing to work and making up for the losses. They have generalized and simplified the "four major" actions, and even carried out formality and formality.

(2) "Big physical examination" action progress is slow. Some departments and enterprises do not fully understand the "big physical examination" action, and have blind optimism and apathy and war weariness tendency. (4) The rectification of potential problems is not completely closed. According to the statistics, 68833 potential problems were found in the "big physical examination" and "big law enforcement" of all localities and departments, and 63376 rectification items were completed, and the rectification rate of hidden dangers was 92%. However, there were still 5457 hidden dangers which were still not rectified, including 24 major potential problems, which were mainly concentrated in the construction and fire industry.

3、 Requirements for the next step

(1) We should raise awareness of the importance of the "four major" actions.
